BioMed Realty, a Boston real estate investment and development group, has bought Array BioPharma’s campus in Boulder for $52.3 million, according to a Denver Business Journal report.
The four-building property at 3200 Walnut St. totals nearly 150,000 square feet and includes both office and research and development space, according to BioMed’s website. The campus was built in 1972 and renovated in 2004.
Array, which recently named a new chairman for its board of directors, has a skin cancer drug combination that hit the market in July and an investigational colon cancer treatment in the development pipeline.
Earlier this month, the company reported losses of more than $147.3 million for the full 2018 fiscal year, which ended June 30.
